This apartment on the fifth floor with amazing views is located on the famous, cosmopolitan and central Avenue Paral·lel in Cuitat Vella of Barcelona. The building has 2 elevators and a concierge.

The apartment has a good distribution and has aluminum windows with sound and weather isolating double glass. The living room and sleeping room have a lot of natural light with direct views to the Montjuïc mountain, the exclusive Miramar Hotel, telecabine, the gardens “Les 3 Xemeneies” and Paral·lel avenue with its famous theaters and restaurants.

Metro station “Paral.lel” has 2 lines, the numbers 2 and 3 as well the direct access to the funicular to Montjuïc mountain and telecabine. The subway “Paral·lel” goes directly to Plaza Cataluña train station.

The famous Las Ramblas (Drassanes), Columbus statue and the port of Barcelona are in a short walk distance of the apartment.
